SHIPPING

All purchases will be processed within 1-3 days Monday - Friday. Royal Mail is our preferred method of service; albeit on occasion we may change courier without warning

PRICING

To keep shipping fair and simple. We apply a flat rate shipping meaning no matter how many items are in your basket; the shipping rate remains the same.

Deliveries to the UK are sent Free of Charge

Deliveries to the EU are sent at £14.99 (less than the actual cost to ship)

Deliveries to the Rest of the World are sent at £24.00 (less than the actual cost to ship)

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

All of our items are shipping from the UK. We do not take any responsibility for local import duties & taxes applicable to your country. While we strive to have a quick turn-around on delivery; it may be that items take longer to arrive than hoped. We are not responsible for any delays, failure to deliver or hold ups of goods by customs. All packages are sent tracked; and we monitor this frequently as they move through the supply chain. 

RETURNED PACKAGES

In the event that packages go through a 'attempted re-delivery' we reserve the right to charge an additional fee if the original delivery failed as a result of you not being available to receive, collect or notify the shipping company through their tracking service,
